With the politcal conventions here, I remember representing BTR at the DNC in Denver. Talked to Ted Koppel and Anderson Cooper among others. Was at the arena as well as all around Denver at various events for the DNC. Like the President or not, it was a honor to be a part of that. Attended it with Kenn Gold and met an old friend Charlotte-Anne Lucas at this event. On the floor, where Barack Obama gave his acceptance speech, I talked to the Kennedys among so many others... One of the highlights of my life was being in Denver for that convention..

Been working a bit and working on my internet radio and podcast, Into The Night.  Wanted to share my best of wishes to all of those in the path of Hurricane Isaac.. The New Orleans area is getting deluged in rain. 

The New Orleans area is the soul of the United States... not just the music, but more importantly the great people of that area.  The people I have met in New Orleans, are very welcoming and friendly.  They are also full of pride to live and work in the New Orleans area..

My best of hopes and thoughts are with that area...
